Try looking for youtube videos and try learn from there. Learn the the fundamentals such as Bench Press, Overhead Press, Squat and Deadlift. Learn the conventional ones first.
Once you are good with the form, pick a training program which incorporate these 4 exercises. follow the programme no matter what. do not tweak the program.
Once you have build a relatively solid foundation (good form and strength), then you may begin to tweak the program to suit your goals.
