Hi all, I'm facing some problem regarding my resignation.


I'm working at scope around 2 months and plan to resign before my confirmation on next month.

But i have been bonded for 18 months.

And now i plan to resign with the 24 hours notice due to the family issue.

In my contract, i have to give one month notice but i have to go immediately and without paying the bond.

Is it mean if i quit like this and i will be get blacklist in the banking industry??

Cannot apply for other bank job??


I need consult regarding this issue
