I'm handphone dealer, so I order phone from this company since early of this year
In June, two units of the iPhone facing problem, so I've courier back the phone to them (by GDEX).
So I keep waiting for the repair and I do follow up with them
Until early August (2 months), the phone still haven't done. So I pay a visit to their shop (when in KL) At that time, they told me they dunno where they put the phone and need time to search. WTF. Like this also can. So I give them time to search
After one week, the person in charge called me and say he found 2 phone and dunno whose one. So he say he will send back to China for repair
So I wait again, until mid of October, I visited their shop again and the person told me the phone on the way back from China and believe reach kl by end of the month
Until early of Nov, I call again, same answer given, phone still in China.
Mid of Nov I call again, he say will arrive by weekend and will send back to me. But until end of November still same. So 2 days ago I call them again, the end the fellow don't want answer my call.
I do believe that my phone has gone.
I'm here to share the story to avoid others get scammed by this so called famous wholesale company in KL

Have your iPhone fixed?

I bought an iphone 5c refurbish set for my ios development last month from 11streets when i received the iphone, it was faulty, gps issue, screen issue and microphone issue, later then i found out it that the merchant was id smartphone, so I checked id smartphone service center and went there the next day since they have 10 days 1 to 1 exchange. I need to warn you guys, don't fooled by their company size, they only look professional with their ecommerce website, apps, but their service is total out! sucks. Their service personnel was very rude. I thought the 1 to 1 exchange just took me like few day but it took me 3 weeks to get the exchange, luckily i contacted 11street on the end of 2nd week that they keep delaying the 1 to 1 exchange, soon id smartphone ecommerce department contacted me that i could get my iphone but only have green and yellow color but my initial purchased iphone color was white, i think i just a color not right so i just accepted the green color iphone. after like 2 week of using the iphone, my iphone start to have issue, the iphone getting hot when charging. I was curious and asked my colleague about it, he said that it my caused by the charger head, after the next day of our discussion, the charger head exploded, No Joke!!

I really gave up on filing complaints to id smartphone anymore on their product and services, but i will send an email to 11street to warn them on this merchant.

I dont expect anything on id smartphone that give me so much trouble and also dont expect them to exchange a charger head for me now, but I would tell my story to everyone that dont ever support this id smartphone. All the good comments on 11 street probability is faked by them. In my years of online purchasing, I didnt really encounter any problem until this happened.

Suspect these people swapped out original battery and charger with substandard ones.

I get cheated twice in this shop as well.

I am guarantee and warranty sure there is no warranty claim for ID smartphone company .

I am very sure no matter what is your phone problem , they will also force you to pay some amount to fix it .

To lowyat forumer , if you read my commnet , please avoid buying a single phone from this ID smartphone at any branch , the price is cheap and really cheap, when it come to problem ,they will give you thousand of reason to avoid your warranty claim .

As conclusion. This is the worst company I ever seen in Malaysia ..

Bought so called Elephone from them. Claimed it is under warranty of Elephone Malaysia. Less than a month of use, touch screen out already. Sent for warranty, waited a month. Still have not received the phone.

Director also bad. Nannee Wong. Liar. Twist all the facts. Even the staff in the shop said that elephone cannot be trade in.

Now waiting for tribunal. We'll see who win.

Crap, I sent my Elephone to the Low Yat service centre end of June, then waited for their call, now I call all their numbers there is no answer.
Haven't had the time to go to Low Yat to see if the service centre still open or not. Any idea?

yes..do the right thing and report to tribunal. Together, all your cases will be much stronger. Don't let this kind of traders get away with their shoddy business practice.

Hi, I would like to know the status, anyone of you able to get back your phone?
I bought a refurbished iphone6 from this company and the phone have a lot of problems including the screen and camera, then I send back for repair and until now I didn't receive my phone, I can't able to call the company, anything I can do now?!

I also bought a Samsung Note 4 from here and had problem on it. Sent back for repair but no received call from them. Then i went to their shop at low yat and they put a notice that they are under renovation since few months ago until now. I think they already closed the shop without notice. I had found the boss contact no and send whatsapp to him but once he know i ask about my phone status then stop reply my message at all.
