I'm planning to go to Tokyo, and I would like to receive some help about the cherry blossom prediction.

I would like to know about the cherry blossom prediction by the Japan Weather Association. (25th of March for Tokyo this year as for first bloom)

1) I would like to know how accurate in the past few years the prediction for the first bloom? i know the result can be affected by multiple factors, but if the prediction is inaccurate, would it usually be earlier than estimated or later than the estimated date? 

2) Any advice to significantly increase my chance to see full bloom of cherry blossom in Tokyo regardless of the accuracy of the prediction? I'm planning to go only for a week maximum, so I hope that I'll be able to see it when I'm there.

Without hotel license, you are limited to minimum 1 month rental, or 6 nights if your property is in Ota-ku.

Since most Airbnb customers are renting for 1-5 nights, it means that most of the lodgings are illegal.

Kyoto hotel are fully booked damn
I mean for those with reasonable price one

It may not be removed as guide telling people Airbnb are not accept in Japan anymore. But futher discussion should not continue. This airbnb issue already discuss 1 month ago. It have enough info telling people stop using airbnb at Japan.

I bought a disneysea ticket online and printed out the 1-day passport on an A4 paper.
I wonder do I still have to go to the Welcome Centre to claim for the so-called "Package Kit"? or I can go straight to the disneysea gate?

as I just received an email from disneysea - "On the day of your arrival, please bring this email or Final Document, together with the passport of the representative person, to the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center. You will also be given your Package Kit, which contains everything you need for your stay, such as your Park tickets."

I'm confused as I thought I can go straight to the gate with the ticket which I have printed when i purchase the ticket online

4. Plan to go for sakura viewing on the 9th which is 27th March (think a bit early for sakura full blossom). Will I able to see any sakura or is there other place that perhaps will bloom earlier or better viewing?
5. For 8th and 9th day, should I get the Kyoto City Bus Pass or I can only depend on my ICOCA card?
