and maybe bored people could pick up a manga based on another person's recommendation, because god knows how many great animu/mango there are out there, that many people ignored its existance, just because they aren't mainstream enough. Unbalance x2 starts out as a bland ecchi comedy, what with a dumb protagonist who has poo poo for brains, the HUEG boob'd teacher, stupid ecchi coincidences (main character mistakes teacher as cousin, groped her, went into the said teacher after going into the wrong toilet, etc). But starting from late 20's chapter onwards, it suddenly became awesome for the sudden plot twists, and characters with fiendishly evil personalities. Anyway, I'm not really good at describing stuffs, but this manga is really some awesome sauce, if you don't mind the earlier few chapters. Also, unlike many other romance-comedy series out there, this mango actually have a plot and serious romance shit going on.

^ lul whut is this "Comics House"? I've been out of touch with the physical mangos that can be bought/rented at shops since forever ago already.

But yeah, still gonna post it anyway, just in case there were slowpokes like me out there who have yet to realise how awesome those two were (I used to saw Jojo comic books being advertised every loving where some 10 years ago, but I never liked the artwork, and have no idea why it's so popular back then).

Jojo's f*** AWESOME, and it went pass the 30 volume barrier already. But yeah, agreed on that part. Even the MANLY KENSHIRO manga starts to suck after the Raoh arc.

Licensed mango are terrible.

Sound effect texts doesn't belong in English. Seeing fancy curvy "WOOSH~" when a mango character runs is just plain goofy.

How easily corruptable are DVDs, rly? I simply must know! (I've been verily paranoid of my stuffs going "poof" ever since my HDD died for the first time sometime last year, been backing up shit on DVDs frequently since then)

Mango can also have long ass dialogues too, but the difference is that they don't cram 438756432876 words into a tiny speech bubble, like their Amerikkan counterparts do (mainly due to Amerikkans who MUST have colored artwork printed on nice paper in their funnybooks, thus significantly raising their production cost, and thus artists can't spend too much frames on unsignificant minor details, so dialogues that are supposed to last 10 minutes are crammed inside a tiny bubble. Unlike mangos, which are usually printed on shit paper in black and white, where the artists have tonnes of pages to freely throw around with).

I absolutely love the Japanese's weekly comic idea. Get a bunch of random artist to draw some comic on a chapter-per-week basis, cram them up in a thick magazine, print them on shitty yellow paper that nobody else would want to use, then sell them for dirt cheap prices (over there, anyway, it's still ridiculously expensive when converted to our currency), and let the consumer throw it away after they're bored reading it while in a long distance bus/train/whatever travel.
