I am looking for the name of a new manga that I had read a few days ago on mangafox. only 2 chapters were on it so far and the main character's first name is Oume (high school boy).

Apparently Japan is under martial law (as usual) because of a virus or something and the manga start with a girl who is apparently a singer or something stealing something (a virus of sorts) and being chased by a bunch of gov agents. She has with her a small robot and before she was captured she passed the thing to the main character to bring to Roponggi (or she stole it from Roponggi, not sure) to a guy.

The main character brings it there and was being trashed by 3 guys when the person he was suppose to find appears, helps him and after that the army showed up. Somehow the main character who was holding the thingy (virus) somehow merged with it.

Supposedly the main character can activate or give ppl powers. Does anyone know the name of this manga so I can continue reading it.
