That is false advertising I believe but for this price point cnnt ask too much just a bit unethical to do so.
Heating wise I guess in gaming bt in normal use should not be any issue, battery becomes better after updates.

Bt in the end the decision is in your hand, procesor wise note 2 still better and is true dual sim which has a separate sd card slot
