How to make 5 years old PE as silence as Toyota Vios ?

i found my problem , the noise from engine tapping "cit cit cit" when over 2800k rpm , not a iafm , iafm is at back of engine which i never boarder to change even the first day i received the car knowing iafm has this issue , but only happen to me 3rd year after warranty.

the cit cit cit sound is at front , suspect the valve, all the while i use Caltex Havoline EO, but lately i go use Castrol Magnetec for the last two lube change not sure does it made the sound, but performance is superb, i remember last few year the Castrol Magnectec oil never change dark easily but now the new one seems more easily to change dark colour in just >2k km use

recommend me any good campro engine service center to check this

not always use is ok , my car 5 year this is second time use

I search around tesco found only X1r and the STP can additive, shake a bit feel like it is too thick scare ruin my engine oil performance and it is baldy big can with pull ring opener cannot pour only 1/4 and keep the remaining so i buy X1R , after add tapping sound gone and engine now only raw campro sound, performance doesn't minus much can feel like abit elastic rubber pick up, before this is like easy to rev but pickup power seems not in line together.

I'm gonna try the free Octane booster for next tank of petrol, it say can increase 3 index of Ron means Ron95 >Ron98

Octane booster is in gas tank, oil treatment is for engine oil , i brought oil treatment free Octane booster, so i will try the next refuel , but i guest it would not has much different like i pump in ron97 for campro

it is X1R brand petrol additives, i brought X1R engine oil treatment free X1R Octane booster

-clean your engine from any grease first
just change oil.

-change your valve cover gasket to new one
done 1 year ago when leaking

-change your fuel filter
done during major service

-clean and reset your throttle body
pending

-change to K&N air filter
i use original filter change every 10k km

-use 5W-30 engine oil
my 5w-40 aldy valve ticking still use 5w-30

-use new spark plugs
done major service

-use Caltex Techron injector cleaner.
no need, i die hard Caltex petrol fans

-check or replace your purge valve canister.
will check and see

hopefully your Persona will be much better.from my observation;u can get 300-350KM per 35 liter of fuel for 100% city driving if u keep your engine in tip top condition.
Yes currently i get about this mileage

nothing we can do about the sluggishness below 2-3K RPM.but u can try to minimal the effect by
i dun complain about this

-remove your catalytic converter
will remove after the life span arrive

-use 4-2-1 extractor
noted, but never in my list dun like more noise

-use lightened crank pulley with same size as OEM.

stick a tape to prevent rain water and stop it to flay off while driving

going to replace the window at Dr.Cermin at Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama

It take about 45min to replace just the glass, rubber can be use back, Price RM120 include labour and GST

whent to redo the tint after that , i decided to go back Coolworld because my tint are from them, they give me FOC when they see my car tinit and know i am using RhinePro they say free, good job Coolworld will recommend others to your shop

I send my PE there totally strip down for complete service also.

change expansion valve
change dryer
recycling gas and top up
cleaning evaporator, radator ,
inspect host system
.......
cannot remember all detail basically all related to aircond checked , thous can be wash will be wash and clean , thous should be change is change less than rm800 include GST because my aircond still in good condition just change 2 item that need to change over the mileage, it take one whole day 10 hours job.

actually many workshop did provide aircond service just dunno how their job good or not.
iafm last november 2016 i ask SC is rm500 not include gst and labour charge

only old fag still using PE, where got new PE owner.

try using Silicon lube or tar remover

8years ago december ?
btw u still keep ur PE
