how can a normal car's exhaust manifold crack like this?
you got spray water(or sent to car wash to wash engine) when the engine still hot or not?
*
When for proton SC for replacement, they said my car is not a first car to have such problem. Most persona extractor will crack surpirsingly at the same spot and with the same crack. They quoted me RM253.85 for the parts exclude labour and gst.

I sent for engine wash when the temperature of the engine is cold enuf. Not such foolish to do that when hot temperature.

how do you know that it cracked?

ya, as asked by The_FQ400, how do you aware the exhaust manifold is cracked? do you remove the manifold cover since long time ago? (i guess so as noticed the oxygen sensor still plugged in while cover wasn't there)
*
I went for a regular EO change and IAFM repair. After all set, the mech said that something wrong with the sound of the engine/exhaust when he rev my car. So he took out the cover, and we laugh..and said "dah sampai masa untuk 4-1 ekzos upgrade (its about time for 4-1 exhaust upgrade)"

I guess chances are very minimal. My gen2 bought new store yard unit laying 4 years unused.
By now I guess you would only able to get store yard units for Preve, Suprima S, perhaps year 2014-2015...
*
I guess the chances to get new manual transmission unit is nearly impossible.
Thanks for your reply.

Confirmed meter tempered, impossible Proton can run such high mileage, did the tyre came out during driving? Only Volvo 240 capable of doing that.
Lol

I am thinking to change all my tyres to Hankook V2 at RM160 each inclusive of gst, balancing and installation. There are mixed reviews about it, some says good and some aren't. What do you guys have to say about this and the price quoted?
