i feel it in my car too... changed gear oil, cleaned throttle body... did not help

Only have this happening occasionally on mine, but it's usually because of how I press the pedal like I want power and release it shortly after, causing the car to just hold and then switch after a while. My car even when at low speeds on the places like the LDP incline will still up-shift. Someone did gearbox adaptation for me last time with his tool, but I don't remember if my gearbox acts like this before the adaptation or after. Maybe it's also because I'm using synthetic ATF.

Based on the manual, the gearbox for the Persona is should be more keen to hold onto a particular gear in case it thinks that the car won't have enough power if it up-shifts. I see this happening very frequently in a Waja CPS and Exora CPS driven by my friends.
