Sifu, between Sora RD3500 9 spd, Claris 8-9 spd & Alivio RD-M410, 7-8spd, which one is a better replacement for MU Neos? if I just want to chg the RD

Hello sifus, my dahon mu look like senget sebelah when riding by looking at front wheel. Is it stem or handle bar most likely? Could it oso be fork or front wheel?
