Yeah me. Its pretty random. First time i try buy, transaction went smooth. After that i try buy payment declined. I called the bank, they said no problem. Try again twice, still failed, 3rd time went through. Lucky that last transaction was putting money into my steam wallet so could last me a while.

got. just cycle through your Discovery Queue 3x a day, can get 3 cards.

just use your debit/credit card and put money in your Steam Wallet.no extra charges. unless you find a trustable seller selling for less
