Must all DSLR camera be post-processed?, No out of the camera pictures again?

Just wondering must all DSLR pictures be post-processed?? It appear that some cameras I've tested comes out abit, SOFT on the pictures and looks kinda loss of details...
So isn't there any DSLR that doesn't need to be post-processed???

i think all DSLR don't need pp, but maybe some setting prior shooting is essential, or maybe the setting in your lcd needs to be changed

it depends on your skills mostly, if u take lousy pics then u gotta post process la

on DSLR u can select contrast, sharpness or vivid mode in-camera to suit your taste. however most ppl PP to get the best out of their cams

DSLR only do post process if shoot in RAW, else no need to do any PP if the picture is good

 This one post processed like no tomorrow because the photo came out very bad due to mishandling (read newbie who doesn't know squat about exposure) of the dslr. This post has been edited by gold3knight: Dec 6 2006, 10:38 PM

for web viewing, better pp loo.. for printing, dont need looo
