I stayed at an Airbnb unit at Baylaurel, one of their phases there, last year and I can tell you that the unit is in good condition. The only problem I had is the bathroom floor design where it does get flooded after a bath.

Facilities wise, it's quite nice and the changing room is quite decent but the hassle is that if you're from Block A, you will only have access to the changing rooms and toilets there. You won't be able to access those at the other block, though.

Country Garden's JV share is only 34% vs Parkcity's 66%. The one making big decision is still Parkcity. CG's role is just for construction and marketing to PRC ppl perhaps.

Hopefully this is a freehold development.

Looks promising and definitely will have potential for growth.

Probably be the next DPC within 10 years.

This whole area is a leasehold property. But a good location leasehold property will still appreciate...

this one wont be dpc, not in the next 10 or 20 yrs.

cina mari developer. DPc association of this project is as landowner only. if they are so confident abt the prospect of this land, why don't they develop themselves? not that dpc order books are full to the brink.

Nobody can replicate the success of DPC again so easily, even for PPSB themselves.

no it was previously a tin mining land. on the other hand, the land that lakeville currently sits on is a garbage landfill site, used to be..

how actually it matters whether the land was tin mining , garbage landfil or reclamation? got safety or fengshui issue or it depends on the individual?

If landfills are not properly stabilized, due to earth movement or stress conditions may cause liquefaction of the ground structures of the building in long term

Never know, PPSB themselves didn't know what DPC would turn out to be.

You do realise that many said the same about DPC itself?
