Not all the 14,400 units have been approved.

Now is Parcel 6 or Phase 1 first... about 1030 units only.

More of hiding the real facts it will be 15k units at this moment.

Anticipating to see here become the real lake city like oversea!

I think they are to build the retail portion of the project based on what I learned from the agent.

interesting, but i wonder why country home cannot do it all by themselves for this portion.

They are landowner and dealing with land issues and general masterplan concept.

The rest of things are handle by Country Garden including design of condos and sales.

I've seen the project many months back and will be happy to share more here if permitted.
