I hope to announce it next year.
For now, let's make the guessing more exciting. Unfortunately, it is not Kepong Metropolitan Lake as there are no more 80 acres there. The proper Taman area stays as it is. By the way, the land in this KML already got Sinerjuta, JL99 Group, Jakel Group and a large parcel (25 acres) currently being tendered by a few parties with a winner expected to be known soon (i already know it). Jalan Ipoh is near Jalan Ipoh.
