How's captain luni and Depay's performance?

Well when i see the line up with depay + rooney, and no mata + herrera (injured), it is half gone haha

Thought Bastian and Smalling are our best players out there tonight not sure why the stick on Bastian...
The one who is slow was Carrick.

If Bastian was average, the others are even worse. Mata did back passes more than him. Rooney as always... sux big time. Carrick was slow on the ball. What do you expect when there are players like this playing around you.
+ someone mentioned earlier, pls remember his age and dont compare what he did in Bayern before.
LVG's tactic is one thing, but most of our players also not good enough.

Martial played well when he was no.9... now LVG just tried him everywhere to accommodate Rooney and because Depay sucks at LW.

I also suspect Darmian was burned out after continuous starting at RB, after that he played poorly and never went straight into starting 11 since then... not sure if that hurt his confidence.

Depay only played well against lower teams during CL... he never good playing in PL.

The main problem is we don't have a Robben / Ronaldo with this philosophy. Depay cannot even dribble past a man. Martial was forced to play out of position. Mr Luni cannot even control the ball. Mata is not even a winger and he lack pace.

Herrera & Bastian the most creative players (Bastian already aging & Herrera not always in the 1st team)

Wait a minute. I thought we are still in the title race, only one point from the top? Wonder why still so many people banging on the manager. Chelsea hasn't even sacked Mourinho yet, while we are here calling for LVG sacking. TBH, I have a feeling is the players who are not up to the std to apply LVG tactic, They dont move/dont open spaces for themselves.

The one we should remove is captain Shrek to be honest.

Mainly because we have no good wingers + captain luni keep crying that he want to play as no9 / 10 (which he plays poorly).
When you play as no9, you don't keep going back to midfield to ask for balls, who will be running at the defenders when u did that?

At the end of the day, the problem is still mainly comes from Rooney.
He is the one who keep causing others to play out of position/ benched. Martial, Mata, Kagawa, Herrera, Hernandez etc.

When there is a bad performer who can play week in and out (and also paid handsomely), but other better players are not then this will definitely cause problem to a team like manutd.

God knows what is written in his contract e.g. he must play whenever he is fit. Hope LVG gets tired of him soon, and start benching him.

Not sure what the people wants. If I want to complain something about LVG, it is more to the way he sold some of the better strikers/ no 10 out and keep Rooney. Also, accommodating Rooney and playing Martial out wide and stop his scoring form, now he forgot how to score.
People blaming his philosophy/tactic, but I would say he is doing ok, the problem is more to the players we have. They are simply not good enough. Blind was exposed thoroughly yesterday,Smalling has been covering his ass far too long. And all our attackers don't know how to score.

Mancity has Aguero/Silva/De Bryune , Arsenal Ozil/Sanchez, Chelsea Hazard/Costa. Compare to us? Rooney/Mata?

He was doing some clean up. Some players were sold correctly (People were cheering when he sold them remember? Eg. Anderson/Evans/etc) while some are not (Hernandez/Kagawa to name a few to just make Rooney happy).

The team are now having better teamwork than in Moyes era... I wouldnt call it they couldnt gel.. The problem is there isnt any single player who can be game changer/ leader.
Rooney as a captain didnt do what a captain do, dont even want to mention how he always lost the balls..
Carrick yesterday wasn't leading the youngster too. We no longer have players like Ronaldo / Giggs/ Keane who you believe we can still win the game even though we are 2-1 down.

Actually I didn't even have high hope on Depay when they signed him.. not sure why the hype. Bastian yes he can be the leader... and he can be creative sometimes going forward (I only thing Herrera and Bastian are creative in our team), but he as well is not young anymore... didnt expect him to play week in week out and he is not our long term solution.

Well, we have many glory hunters who think youngsters like Martial/Depay can perform like Messi week in week out. Anything wrong it is the manager's fault.

Mata/ADM/Kagawa/Herrera they all need players who are good in positioning and movement to pass around. They are more suited to the tiki-taka games. Too bad we don't have many players who play like this. Carrick likes to play long passes, Rooney always back pass/side pass.

Is Bournemouth title contender? That's what I'm trying to say... our players are not good enough and cannot even win Bournemouth.

Valencia has not been good for us at the RW spot for a few seasons already.. not sure why we can blame LVG on this.
He only got pace but no technique to dribble past players, don't even want to mention if his cross can go past the 1st defender..

Darmian was the 1st choice when we bought him. Not sure why lvg said that.. maybe he just dont want to unsettle the team... and after darmian perform badly.. valencia and young did play at that spot.. until now lvg hqs also tried varela.. so i dont understand.. when a manager dont give youngster a chance.. complain.. give already now complain in the past we play valencia at rb? As i said valencia cant even dribble past defender for few seasons already... why still want to try him there?
