Not blind faith. He makes mistakes, the same as any other manager.

Just that some people don't hate him so much that everything he does is not good enough at all.
All that sideways passing is earning a lot of boring "defensive crossing" and corners/free kicks into the Norwich penalty box.

Of on the field it's the player's fault. No argument on that. But at the end of the day, the manager is the one who made the decision. And alot of his decision is questionable.

And somehow....he doesn't gets sub off irregardless of how he's performing.
