Go to ROV/TP at Ubi and get a letter as what you did at JPJ before coverting your license.

The letter from ROV/TP is actually showing your driving records . You have to return back your license in exchange for the letter. Thereafter, bring the letter back to JPJ in order to convert back to M'sia driving license.Hope this clarify.

Go To Traffic Police office at Ubi. Tell the officer there that you want to cancel your driving license and they proceed with a fee which I have forgotten the amount. They will provide you a letter to be shown to JPJ and return back your Singapore lincense. At JPJ, just provide them your license and letter for conversion.

why want to convert back? SG license is international license. you can buy car in M'sia using SG driving license.

those tell you must convert etc. just want to take your money.
