Go to ROV/TP at Ubi and get a letter as what you did at JPJ before coverting your license.

Maybe you can do a Google search to find out more info? That's what I always do, including when checking for toll rates at the Woodlands Checkpoint as well as downloading the form for purchasing an AutoPass!

The letter from ROV/TP is actually showing your driving records . You have to return back your license in exchange for the letter. Thereafter, bring the letter back to JPJ in order to convert back to M'sia driving license.Hope this clarify.

U no longer working in Singapore and u want to get back your Malaysia license, am i correct? I once was in your shoe, i ask for advice from JPJ and my car instructor, they told me i need to go through some theory and practical test. The fee is also not cheap.

Go To Traffic Police office at Ubi. Tell the officer there that you want to cancel your driving license and they will proceed with a fee which I have forgotten the amount. They will provide you a letter to be shown to JPJ and return back your Singapore lincense. At JPJ, just provide them your license and letter for conversion.

why want to convert back? SG license is international license. you can buy car in M'sia using SG driving license.

those tell you must convert etc. just want to take your money.

I rather just keep the Singapore car license and go to Ubi to report lost card. Pay S$25 and get a new car license. At least when u lost one, u still have another one as backup. Malaysia law have no issue using Singapore driving license. Not to mention, u dont need to pay a fee to renew license yearly.

No comment. Its either you keep Singapore or Malaysia license. You may convert back to Singapore license when you go back.
