Where can we check the coverage areas of Celcom? Have a website? Other than coverage, speed is another thing to check out too. ...

I asked around in forum prior to mno... it's possible that certain areas maxis > celcom.

A Maxis rep just called me offering MaxisOne 158 I think with discounts that I only pay RM68.00 monthly with 5GB data.... That rep also mentioned that it is because I have been with Maxis very long and a good paymaster. Hahahahaha.

Well... I just port out to Celcom I guess.... Wanted to test other Telco too. Hehehe

Rm 68 + all the other billing/itemized fee + 6% gst + 2 yrs contract with only 5gb is cheap?
No thanks, I prefer 5gb weekday + 5gb weekend + 5% auto debit + contract free.

Yup yup. Also prominently featured in the main page as a feature of the plan:
https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/plans/go...d=1439663563811

Imagine during the counter offer call when I ask maxis if auto debit have any rebate? They answer : "if ur bank credit card provides any cash rebate previously, it will remain the same".
Adoi!

Can it be resolved by reconnecting (turn on Airplane Mode and off it) or restarting your phone?

Did you changed the DNS settings in your phone? It seems that your phone cannot resolve the Domain Name.....

Celcom line problem/upgrade maybe. Try to test with others who use celcom in your area.

Just walk around for testing during lunch, only problem when connected to certain cell tower...
I am using Llama apps btw, so can see when connected to any cell tower.

Problem is, the problematic tower only connected when I am in office cry.gif

Yes, if your supp line needs data as well, no point parking them as a supp line, might as well get the lowest plan like First Blue for RM45 which comes with 2GB + 2GB data.

Anyone know if there is 1 time charges or advance payment when changing plan from first 38 to gold plan?

Celcom was charging non refundable/deductable rm38 when switching to first 38.
While switching to first 85 and elite plan, they will issue a deductable advance payment of 85 or 235 on the next coming bill.
