To whom that may concern, terraza pricing is expected to increase, between 80-100k anytime from now. Notice that suis in semiD got upgraded too, enjoy the curl~ 
After the rain, 16 feet of dry area. 
There will be 1 gap hole within every 4 units, discussion between neighbours is needed in order to seal the gap hole.
