hello. thank you very much for your edifier s1000 review.
because of my bad english i didn't understand which model sounds is better (s1000 or r2930)?
maybe can you please tell it in numbers (s1000 sound quality is 7/10, r2930 9/10)?
Thanks.
I believe you are referring to R2730 instead of the R2930?because of my bad english i didn't understand which model sounds is better (s1000 or r2930)?
maybe can you please tell it in numbers (s1000 sound quality is 7/10, r2930 9/10)?
Thanks.
Both S1000 and R2730 sounds very good.
The S1000 sounds rich and colorful whereas the R2730 has wider dynamic range but plain (it's meant for studio purpose such as audio creation)
The R2730 has the port hole in front, creating tremor/bass effects sounds really powerful but listening to it at close range will make your ears tired unless you placed it far away such as watching TV distance. The S1000 can be placed closer to you since the port hole is located on the rear, therefore the tremor/bass sound effect does not annoy you after long periods of time. S1000 has much more deep impact bass compared to medium bouncy wide dispersion bass that R2730 has.
If you are not doing any audio creation, I highly recommend you to get the S1000.
If you prefer to listen music at its original, go for R2730DB aka R2730.
