Dear our beloved Maxis,
Still don't have a specific time for when you gonna fix this issue?It's been 6 months,what take you a long time to fix it?Any explanation for this?I really paying the money for nothing,I use my home network for gaming usually but now I have to use my phone data to play game.Is there any refund during this period?

I ask Maxis via Gmail about this problem,they tell me there is no such problem in their server.But in this forum,the Maxis worker keep telling us that they are working on it. Is Malaysia got multiple company called Maxis?Kinda wondering.

If they refused to reply about monetary reimbursement, you really should consider to sue them to consumer tribunal but bear in mind that international peer routing issues (which you currently experienced) doesn't seems to be a valid reason for compensation from most judge's view. Best solution is to purchase a VPN which will cost around RM20-40, so at the end you don't really save much by subscribing to Maxis instead of UniFi. Malaysian Internet Service Provider is all fucked up cronies, nothing much you can do  .
