I think very dependent on which CS you get. Last time I sent to enquire that I did not receive the Forgotten Password Email after 4-5 hours. They only reply me 2 days later saying that they tested at their system and there's no issue so they are closing the enquiry.

Yeah sure no problem after so many days. I also receive the email a day after my email.

Same here first time using NinjaVan too and so far....meh.

Attempting delivery since this morning and at 3:51, they update delivery failure. Not sure if they even came.
Reschedule for another delivery tomorrow and can only hop for the best.

my case is still pending investigation now, they tried to push the blame back to lazada.

now they have yet to explain to lazada why was the item signed by third party.

now is either the courier is lying, or the rider dispatch lie to the courier.

Issue most likely with Courier side since they allowed the items to be signed by a third party and when delivering to you, they only deliver 1 item instead of 3 to you. Just whether it was lack of checking causing they to deliver to an unknown or kena songlap by rider.


Hopefully my item will arrive soon. Bad reps for NinjaVan making me nervous.

If not mistaken, value about Rm500 will incur custom charge. Also international console set means no warranty. SEA Set only got local warranty.

If lazada items wasn't cheaper, I wouldn't bother with them especially if they continue to insist with NinjaVan. Just terribly inefficient courier.

Debit card can't cause it directly reduce your account balances upon successful transaction. So for bank to reverse the charges, it will involve a lot of process so normally it's not allowed.

Yeah after your experience, I also nervous about buying from lazada cause of NinjaVan. In the end I bot from 11st and that was so smooth. Bot on Friday Night, seller inform Gdex got company event off for weekend so monday only will collect package. No issue. Tuesday lunch time arrived safely.


While I bot a PS4 from Lazada which is delivered by NinjaVan. I think their delivery person isn't as professional and also seems like they are overloaded. After the first delivery they put failure, the second delivery I follow up with them every 2 hours by email. In the end, I email them at 5 informing them to get their driver to call me cause I leave work at 6, they did. So driver call say he is nearby but still got delivery and ask me to wait.

In the end, 6++ arrived in a pickup van.

Damn stupid they don't integrate the tracking number into their system. If you forgot, need to check back email for the number.

Meanwhile 11st has integrated tracking into their system. Will popup and show latest status.

Yeah. Then also will prompt for order confirmation or request for returns/refund within the same order details page. Everything nicely laid out. Also good for the seller that it prompts you to confirm and also give a review to the seller.

Lazada don't really do anything encourage any seller/buyer relationship. Some items you see got high ratings but reviews not much.
