not stupid if my place n warehouse just 3km away. and some items lazada price got lots of discount that mall cant provide.

yup, go there, then give them ur tracking code for self pickup and name so that easier for them to search ur item. but u need to check if ur item really there already or not.

u go there, find zalora warehouse( its just beside Digi HQ), ask the guard for ninjavan.. then he will ask u go at the back of the zalora building
enter the warehouse, give them ur tracking code for them to check. if ur item already there. just pickup the item, sign the form, settle.
i dont hv their contact no. i just went there when i see the status show as 'arrived at sorting hub'

yeah, they didnt even check my ID. just asked me to sign the acceptance form n write ic no .

so if any1 know ur tracking code , name, adress n what item.. can pickup the item and put wrong ic no..

anyways,to be fair, i think skynet/gdex/pos laju also same. they nvr check the ID. just asking us to sign n write ic no.

complaint about ninjava to lazada. this is email from them
