Mr . trail blazzer , I have what you should in the past few days and I come to a conclusion that you are trying to prove that this forum is trying to lie and what you are doing are straight forward trying to do some twisting and walk around the park. New FX will be fooled by not old timer.

So I replying to you regarding few point you pointed out

1. Top tier forex broker have so called Toilet paper license , So most broker will have Tier 1 liscense , such as Australia , UK and also few Toilet paper license such as Cysec.  So why have toilet paper license ?  Because Australis forex license ,  their leverage are only 1:30 only , so if you have a small amount such as 1000 USD , I suggest you better don't do it,  so the point of having toilet paper license is that toilet paper license regulator allow crazy leverage such as 1:500 and 1:1000.  So broker can attract small player with only maybe 200USD to invest in the broker.
So does it mean these forex broker are scammer ? No , because they have tier 1 license so they can't do something like massive slippage or force close your trade out of sudden.
To know whether your broker is trusted or not , compare their chart with chart in tradingview and see whether got huge different or not. More than 100pips diferencce is consider got problem.
Summary : Forex broker have toilet paper license because it is to allow more player with small fund to enter market.   ( If you want to know more in details , msg me , i can explain in more details , i no good in typing )
2. Vesbolt issue , you saying vesbolt broker have rubbish license ?   So regarding this , first of all , vesbolt is not a broker ! They are fund manager , your money is deposited in their partner broker such as FXTM and not through vesbolt website , in vesbolt website , you will be redirect to FXTM to do account opening and also deposit.  Then your account will linked to vesbolt manager to let them do copytrade on your account.  And then you mention also ridiculous ROI , the so called ridicolous ROI is actually an add up from all the broker.
For example , HFT strategy , there will be 6 broker using this strategy , so if broker A made 2% return , then broker B made 5% return on september. Then this 2 broker will add up to 7%, which stated on the website , this is their calculation method.  But in reality , if you use broker A , you only made 2% on that month instead of 5% , since you do not use broker B.
You can find their actual ROI for each broker for each strategy in their  Myfxbook(Link provided below).  Ther ROI is actually you can see is quite low comparing to something like Tradehall, Thriumpfx , Vextrader.

Summary : Vesbolt is not a broker but instead is a account manager , your account is doing copytrading , which is very transparent. They do not have malaysia license since technical speaking malaysia doesn't provide such license , it is much better to obtain a Toilet paper license since they are well known even though are rubbish.

3. How to identify a scam broker  -  So a scam broker will usually have only a rubbish license because they do not regulate the broker strictly like Tier 1 license does. The second way is to see their review on Wikifx , if you see on Wikifx they are marked as unregulated , avoid it at all cost.  The third point is that a valid broker will not provide on site Copytrade or PAMM , as it is not logic for a broker to do so, it is against their company  business interest.   The fourth point is to actually find their bad review , if they have a ton of bad review , avoid it also, but actual speaking all broker do have some bad review on them.

To summarize all these ,  I advise to do forex on your own instead of letting someone else to do it for you , as you should handle your own wealth and not other.
Generally speaking , 99% of  PAMM/fund manager/account manager in the market that folks can access is not that good. If they are good , they won't accept small account fund such as 1000 or 10k.  There are a lot of funded forex such as FTMO out there in the market , if they are good , they will take funded account from them instead of you. So in short , better learn how to trade yourself.

To me, Triumph FX is just another scam or ponzi scheme with all the fix payment cycles, low drawdown, and proof of screenshots of trade entry and exit time.

I tell you how Triumphfx works, because I know a trader that had been approached by Triumphfx to trade for them.

Triumphfx PAMM is different from PAMMs offered by other 'LEGIT' broker in the following respect:
1) Triumphfx allows traders to run huge drawdown, because it's a PAMM, such drawdown are not seen by investors
2) Triumphfx only cares about 'CLOSED PROFIT', and their requirement is trader needs to have closed profit of around 10% a month, they can run the account at 80% DD, that does not matter as long as they can close trades with around 10% profit a month.
3) The key difference between Triumphfx and other broker is, Triumphfx allows investor to withdraw closed profit even though the MASTER account has opened trades and is running a huge drawdown; ALL legit broker will ONLY allow withdrawal by investors after all trades are closed.
4) Triumphfx pays a lot to marketing for them to bring in new clients (hence new capital).

So, as you can see, this is a winning formula because:
1) Investors will be under the impression that TriumphFX traders are GOOOD, because they can withdraw profit every month. (They will NOT be able to withdraw profit with any other legit brokers)
2) The floating drawdown in the Master account is not seen by investors. And as long as the marketing can continue to bring in new capital, it will take care of such drawdown. Imagine, if originally, the Master account has a drawdown of -100k out of a 200k balance, now marketing bring in fresh capital of 300k, the balance increase to 500k and the -100k drawdown is only 20% of the account, which is manageable.

The way for Triumphfx to fail, is when the influx of new capital cannot cover (1) withdrawal from clients and (2) floating drawdown.

At the end of the day, scam or no scam, there are always people who will make money, and people who will lose money.

Even if it is not a scam, you can still lose money because your trader who trade genuniely can lose your money.

So, Triumphfx is a scam, yes of course, go talk to Indonesians, just because it hasn't happened in Malaysia, doesn't mean it is not a scam. It may happen tomorrow, or it may take another 5 years for them to blow up - by then, lots of people will have made a lot of money.

LEARN THE SIMILARITY OF FX SCAMS FROM MYFXBOOK.

Priority check: Check the broker on Myfxbook top left corner. If you find the unknown broker did not hold top tier 1 or 2 licenses (UK, Swiss, US, Australia, Canada, SG, Japan), AVOID IT. Scammers will not spend millions dollar to buy a good license for the purpose of scam. All FX SCAMS operate and collect funds by using offshore firms.

Secondary check: Check the Myfxbook performance on the left which stated Monthly and Drawdown. If you find illogical high returns and low drawdown, you sense something wrong. God does not exist in the real trading world. Every trader experienced drawdown.

Third check: All the charts of FX SCAMS have pretty solid growth curve, without zip zap nor drawdown period. They cant afford to have any drawdown as this will kill the investors and marketers confident.

[After this post, SCAMMERS may start to raise their drawdown. Yet they still can't get any top-tier license.]

2. TriumphFX (EOB) - Scammed several times via Hong Kong, New Zealand firms. Remain very active. Mislead by Cysec license, but in fact they are scamming with offshore.
3. SamTradeFX (FIN888) - Very active. Offshore unregulated. Use white label license to mislead investors.
4. VexTrader - Very active. Offshore unregulated. Mislead by using Canada FINTRAC and Dubai DED, both not FX license, Canada Financial license is under IIROC and Dubai is DFSA.
5. Grex Capital - Very active. Using Labuan license to mislead, it's a tier 3 license without strict requirement.
