Yes, the dividend yield for 5 years average is 7.09%. Their revenue and net income is improving year on year. The consensus forecast by 9 analyst is that MRCB-Quill REIT will outperform the market. Kenanga has a targeted price of RM1.360. The current price is RM1.320.

As usual, the above is my 2 cents view lah. I am nobody.

I managed to top up my shares in CIMB and Ta Ann at lower prices. Topped up AEON Credit at a slightly higher price of RM15.380 today.

I also managed to buy SunReit for the price of RM1.740 which I though is a good price. Closing price at RM1.750. My unrealised profit is RM90.

Just buy a short while only... let time take care of the fluctuations lah. Then only the true value of the company is known either up or down.

Dont treat the stocks like a casino lar.. treat it like what it is.. a piece of a 'real' business.

Not sure if want to top up? Is the reason you buy still there? Will profits next year higher than this year? Is the valuation fair?

If yes to all 3, then go ahead to top up. 

I have not checked the fundamentals for marco so I dont know.

Different people have different analysis. A counter might look good to you, but to other people.

I dont know you see wrongly or I see wrongly..I dont see increasing revenue and profit at all. 

In fact 2014 & 2015 profit is higher 2016..

Haha I just read the report.. very interesting..

Net cash on hand is 57 cents, stock price is selling for 40.5 cents. This is a classic net-net stock, long time never see one of these already.

If the shareholder will distribute the profits, then it is a good buy. If they are not sure what to do with the money, might be a classic value trap.

Update :

The company will lease back the sold property for RM 30K a month to LTKM. 
The cash from the land sale will be used for the following..
- repay borrowing 11.76 mil
- working capital, construction & others ~26 mil

So.. no money will be back to shareholders... 

Did you check the share base and do you know why it is also important to know the share base of a stock?

for a penny stock...
last time...
it was perceived that penny stocks are great money making stock...
from 10 sen to 1.00...
blardy nirvana la...

and some companies...
they actually embark on bonus-ing the hell of their shares...
increasing the shares...
until the stock becomes ultra penny stock...

they then realize the delima of being a billion shares penny stock.....
so many scripts...
so difficult to push....

here's a simple exercise you may want to try.

there are so many other stocks listed...
why get so hung up on one stock?

look for others.
try...
compare....
is there not a better option somewhere?
See this is one small reason I am one for less than 3 stocks in a portfolio...
If you play with fewer stocks...
you get to be more focused (at least I am)...
i double/triple check the facts...
i double/triple weigh out my risks....
i repeat...
and then I wait.....

If given a choice to bet/choose between JTiasa and Ta Ann, I would go for the latter.
