Let me try OKA..
1. Cash improved from 6.5m in 2015 to 28m in 2016.
2. No longer holding any debts
3. Net profit increased 38%
4. Net profit margin increase from 9% to 14%
5. ROIC improved from 13% to 18%
6. Flattish revenue
Based on current PE of 8.82, it's PEG is only 0.23 <<< 1
It is now a cash machine. Dividend will definitely increase sooner or later.
I think if revenue can be improved, this stock will be definitely a good stock to trade.

Probably not a good time to buy yet cos I think the profit will not improve further in this current situation or maybe need to wait to see further improvement

True. There is a lot of noises out there. For me there it is better to ask for second opinion before making a decision. You might not see the risk in a stock that others see. It's our job to take the information and make our own assessment based on it. Also, sometimes we need to see how the sifu die then we learn how not to die like the sifu.  |
