Not important for me driver or passenger. Most important is the return at the end. Does the risk in stock make higher return than unit trust? If difference only few % then the risk reward ratio does not justify.

I'm also investing in both so need learn from your exp which better so I can switch hehe to the better one

U talk like that is very dangerous, typical mentality of ppl who get swallowed in MLM schemes. sweat.gif

When u have more control, and u are DILIGENT i.e. put in due efforts, u can potentially earn more.
When u have more control, but you are lazy and/or screwed up big time, your losses can be colossus.

"Lazy" investors are better off paying someone to do it for u, hence the relevance of the unit trust/mutual funds industry.

Don't listen to those sore losers who did not experience it firsthand themselves and only spew cow dungs heard from apeks ahsohs from pasar pagi, there are people who have been consistently beating EPF rate of return with relatively minimal efforts using unit trust funds.

Err...look at my siggy? tongue.gif

AirAsia has biggest potential for catalyst-driven upside in 1-2 quarter's time (AAC sale)
TNLOGIS...u kena be patient and wait til 2018/19 (REIT listing)
HLIND...I think divvy coming soon, if can maintain or beat last year's...maybe ada upside?

P.S. - I'm no chartist, but I think AirAsia is good to rest RM3.00 breakout soon hmm.gif

Unker gark?

AA is potential BIG re-rating on stock, depending on how much they can sell their leasing business.

If good bid/sale =  rclxm9.gif

If poor bid/no sale =  mega_shok.gif

You pick..  tongue.gif

But at current P/E and P/B, I think quite "cheap", even if there is no AAC sale hmm.gif

Psst psst...AA is my biggest holding now. My biggest speculative bet since TNLogis (made quite hensem gain in short time thumbup.gif ) and JTiasa (lost big time mad.gif vmad.gif ranting.gif )

Depends on which company - see the management team
Depends on the company's landbank
Depends on strategy - I like companies like UOA as they also have investment properties that they keep for recurring incomee
