Based solely on Absolutely Stocks. Valuation = 1.8/3.00. Fundamental 1.1/3.00.

The TP of the analysts ranges from RM1.710 to RM2.150. One report say the upside potential is only left +1.47%.

Who to believe?

Today all my share prices dropped. All red only. From Cocoaland all the way down to YeeLee. Sakit mata saya tengok.

But my overall portfolio still positive. I don't know how long this positive figure can remain.

I mahu Homeriz. Selling at only RM0.975. DY is 5.13%. Payout 54.27%. PE is 10.59.

Tenaga maybe lor. Depends on how is the dividend payout?

Hari Raya falls on 25th and 26th June 2017. So my 2 cents is that the GE should be during the school holidays in August or Sept 2017.

The only consolation I have is that my dividend for SCGM was banked in today.

No sifu here. You have my respect for picking 3 solid stocks. IMHO, based on various factors including valuation, fundamental, DY, momentum, etc, the rankings are:-

1. Tien Wah
2. KimHin
3. CBIP

I am also tempted to buy Tien Wah!

In return, I give you Johore Tin. Have a look at it.

Finally my laggard stock Mitrajaya may gain momentum next week! Let's see how it will perform.

I have not made a final decision to buy it yet. Torn between Tien Wah, Johore Tin and possibly the dark horse, Parkson.

IMHO, the fundamentals and valuation of Tien Wah is good. DY is generous and it has momentum. But I need to study its industry more...

PS: My past record is not good. I sold out too early on CIMB, PetronM, Astino and Eita.
