The way to calculate NTA is to first go to the company's balance sheet, take the total assets, deduct all intangible assets (the two big ones are usually labelled 'Goodwill' and 'Intangibles') and then deduct total liabilities. To get the NTA per share, you divide this figure by the number of shares outstanding.

Agreed everyone has their own view of a company. The numbers that are presented could be the same but how we interpret things may be different.

I sold off my AA too fast and I'm regretting now. Want to re-enter but pretty worried if i ended up chasing at a high price

I used to have the habits of chasing after prices before and it ended up deadly.


Hence, I'm preaching to a few of my set rules and one of them to is to stop chasing prices and only contra any trades if only I'm able to pick them up by T+3.

I used to be an avid contra player back in 2015 and the messed up part was that the stocks that I bough never went up much with the duration of T+3 and only appreciated after 6days plus from buying the funds lol
