does anyone experience pre-ordering games for P-A with special price? u know ler, those asian version when preorder usually USD39.90 only, but when near release, sure the price adjust upwards. at the end, what P-A will charge, the pre-sale price or the higher price??

The Post Office Kastam insist say is not PC software and since it got Video Picture then consider as DVD categories where it must charge 42% then after keng keng keng then only give RM87. Haii......

Some more PA stated the price on the box and the Kastam straight get the Price to charge for the Tax.

im in Penang too. they are quite random, so far none of my packages got taxed, only one got opened (they seal it back with that tape with red kastam text all over it) and my last PA package (normal dvd movie), no 'DILEPASKAN' chop, no nothing.

I bought numerous times from PA and so far no problem, but i use courier (FedEx) and then no problem, checked once but no tax

Customs is a bit funny lah. My job involves dealing with customs since my company is exempt on duty on certain items, and they can be very inconsistent.

Just put it this way. Every time a new guy is in charge, you'll get a different set of policies. One month everything ok, next month suddenly they want your A form or B form, even though they never asked before. That is the sad state of our customs: inconsistent and confusing.

After long discussion as 1st time buyer then only he try to reduce it but still rm87 which is abour rm50 reduce from original 42% tax.

so far never kena tax by our beloved kastam but only 1 time they gave that special KHEDN big sticker on my TDU limited edition box!

...42% is really high..........even i bought mp3 headunit car receiver i only been charge 10%.........and car bodykit is 25%+10% tax.........
....if u hv extra money y dun buy the customs duty booklet at mph.......or better yet....just go to mph....go to msia law section and find the msia custom duty booklet.......search pages for the rite media and copy the exemption code......

...if next time they overtax u,u just use that code......

Well give it till Saturday bro....one time i ordered 4 games from PA. It took nealry a month and it arrived on a Saturday, in perfect condition. For some strange reason though it was checked by The Australian Customs. I dont know why...

mine already nearly 1.5 months... also lost hope on it already and most important also already consider my rm200 gone into the big drain.

guess PA not concern at all losing a small tiny little customer like me.
