I have just gone to apply my UK T2 Visa at MCA Visa Centre. Process is so fast honestly I don't think you require premium lounge service, it looks like there is someone outside to audit all the documents I need to submit for the application. The photos are not required because they will take it in biometric room.

I don't think you do, you can get a jab here for free after you register with the NHS.
