Update: GEMfive just called me and informed that they need to replace the stolen items, that explains the delay.
Asked the lady why they didn't use shuriken or nanchaku, the lady just laughed  |

Anybody got refund experience from 11 Street? Bought 2.4k laptop then seller say no stock. How long to take them to refund back to your credit card? The CS claimed 7-14 working days but hope someone can quote their experience.
