Which tv you bought? I bought Toshiba LED TV. After call CS for many days still not deliver, so finally I want them to make arrangement for me to self collect at kepong. 
When I asked the merchant why not ship the item since the TV had SureReach shipment sheet on it, that person said SureReach didnt come to pick up. So I dont know who's fault in this case.

Guys, did anyone buy a tv from gemfive and already received it? I ordered hisense tv since 17 December, n until now didn't even received the shipping number. Called cs team more than 3 times and their answers always the same, jz have to wait. Really disappointed as i bought the tv for my friends wedding tomorrow.

My tv ordered since 6/12 have not recieve yet too. Almost a month already. I think they short of stock but still advertise for people to buy

perhaps the stock went out in their retail store, but they didn't bother to update their listing G5, and didn't bother to call you/cancel the order as they still want to do your business  i feel you..
