good to heard that. called to GemFive customer care moment ago. they called back me within 10mins . updated me with my shipping status. hopefully they can improve the website tracking feature so that customers no need to call them

Well I got 2 item in one order. One say shipped (that was 3 days ago) until now habuk pun takde.

The other one on processing but today I already get the item
