your hdd most likely shipped by their merchant, Aone Plus not directly from gemfive and they will only use Poslaju....fast and efficient merchant.

yes, in fact most of the computer stuff are from Aone Plus. They are very efficient on RMA too, I once received a faulty hdd, call up Aone Plus directly and get it exchange on the same day ( i went to their Puchong outlet )

received email update. if check from gemfive page no tracking number what so ever, only status "Shipped". including 'cancelled' one earlier my previous reply. it will be ship by skynet balakong

the problem is so many cases from them within a month. urs, and then another bro received cheaper model power supply, and i received faulty monitor.

juz straight to their outlet ask for 1-1 replacement, within 7 days can do one.

online shopping ma, not all people staying same town with aone plus, if an online seller quite often send faulty or different product, buyer should reconsider before placing order.
and even if their retail shop is same town, unless u visit the same mall quite often, else, shall take parking fees and petrol, and time, into consideration.

not to forget, some (probably all, i didnt search one by one) HDD they provide only 1 yr warranty, instead of manufacturer 3 yr warranty.

so all bros pls consider the discount u get is really worth the risk or not. yes40 probably good, but yes30 not really. especially if buying hdd, i personally wouldnt take the risk, if a seller only giving u 1 yr instead of manufacturer declared 3 yrs, what the possible problem within? be reminded the data is more important than the few bucks. one more thing to share with all bros, the faulty monitor i received is manufacture date Jan 2015. quite an old stock they keeping huh. and its opened (not sealed) box during receive. my question is, u opened the box to check or wat? if opened and checked, shouldnt be faulty unit i receive, but now why?

All my hdd from Aone Plus are back with 3 years manufacturer/ supplier warranty. In my case of faulty hdd, they offer poslaju pickup from my place. Its free of charge and they arrange a new replacement to be ship to me. Not a single cent i need to pay for all this. But i just don't want to wait thats why i offer myself to do exchange at their outlet.

Another case is the item i purchase from Aone Plus too. The item is a previous model but im taking a bet and hope they will honor my purchase by replacing with the latest model in case if its out of stock. And true enough they call me up and offer the newest model to confirm if im ok with this arrangement. And without hesitation, i agreed immediately. The RCP of the new model is of course higher than the previous model but i don't have to pay anything extra for it !

So far im very happy dealing with gemfive and their merchant especially Aone Plus.

I thought Gemfive doesn't show the merchant. Mine sharing how you know which products is form Aone?
