I need to personally email gemfive asking them about specific merchant and warranty policy of the items there

Gemfive does not disclosed the merchant name, warranty whether ori manufacturer or AP. Be careful buying electronics there

Seem Gemfive pickup the pace now.

Yesterday morning place order, now already out of delivery at my area.

Same as previous order, received within 24 hours. Shipment tracking also update via email.

I made an order on 15.11.2015, today 20.11.2015 no where to be seen yet.

Email to courier company, complain their website tracking service is not working, they just reply failed to deliver yesterday and will try today. I asked why failed since everyday got people at the given address waiting to receive parcel.

Email to Gemfive, no reply. Guess this will be my first and last shopping at Gemfive.

Ordered since 9/11 still havent receive lol

It is common. They use forever to reply your mail.
I waited for many days and called them few times , only then they replied once...with A wrong answer !!

Is the item estimated delivery 3~8 days or 1~3 days. So far all my purchases come on time

Delivery stated is 2-5 days.

Good news is finally it arrived just moment ago. Order placed 15/11. Arrived 21/11.

Anyway let me share how bad the whole buying experience with Gemfive.

Gemfive NO REPLY at all until today. Looking at the slip is dated 16.11.2015, I placed my order on 15.11.2015 they shipped out on 16/11.
So I guess is not Gemfive fault for the slow delivery. But please Gemfive, 'read and reply your customers email'.

Courier ISIS replied when I asked why the failure to deliver? Answer given is due to unable to locate my address!
I live in Subang Jaya and it seems their warehouse is just "next door" in Puchong.
But when I asked the delivery guy he said "itu lain orang, hujan lebat motor dia rosak"

Guys if I want to purchase form Gemfive, can I request my name printed on resit? Anyone brought zen tab from here before? 530 than yes30 = 450. Cheaper than lazada leh~? Do appropriate any feedback
