QUOTE(Deznom @ Jan 5 2016, 12:02 PM) any idea whats the steps? Verified -> Processing (?) -> XX -> YY -> Delivered? My orders are still stuck on verified.. but technically its only the second working day la.. Taking into account all the public holidays and weekends. Make order>Processing>Verified>Processing>Shipped>Delivered Make order>Processing>Verified>Processing>Shipped>Delivery Failed (Now you need to contact the lazy courier company) Make order>Processing>Cancelled (Good luck on your journey to refund money)

QUOTE(pijaklu @ Jan 5 2016, 01:09 PM) yeah, a steal foir a chapalang brand, have fun condemn it later Hisense is the second largest TV brand in China, close behind Samsung. They just bought out Sharp North America and South America TV business. It may not be as good as Samsung, but no where cap palang lah. They have lots of money to invest into R&D (or in other words buying technologies from anyone willing to sell it) and they have lots of manufacturing plants too. If you worry about their warranty, i don't think they're going to bankrupt anytime soon. After all, it is a China state-owned enterprise.

QUOTE(alucard89 @ Jan 6 2016, 08:15 AM) Any other details you find about the 42" 4k smart TV? I couldn't find anything after googling, like infos about how many HDMI ports it has etc Even giant near my area doesn't have that model, but other TV listed in gemfive is available there. That LED42K320 is quite an old model from 2013 or so. https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=4135708...ite=main#detail

QUOTE(Unbelievableme @ Jan 8 2016, 09:25 AM) Damn, no more happy30 (30% discount), then now not happy at all. But still have 25% discount with the GR8T codeBut only good for RM500 & below. Any discount code for large amount items like RM1K & above? Nope. Wait for CNY. Probably 40% will come back. Back at 11/11 got YES40, and then HAPPY40 by 12/12, and FRI40 at Black Friday. So maybe CNY will release another 40% code. But 40% code always limited to 150 redemption one.

QUOTE(salimbest83 @ Jan 11 2016, 02:00 PM) Bean bag can change shape according to the posture you sit so theoretically it should be more comfortable than normal chair. Personal experience: I didn't get the "very comfortable" feel with my bean bag. Maybe because they are cheap. And maybe expensive bean bag will be very comfortable.

QUOTE(idoblu @ Jan 14 2016, 02:34 PM) damn there seems to be something wrong with a spot on my monitor. it has a lighter patch then the rest of the screen. what do i do? complain to Gemfive or go direct to Dell or the dealer that sent me the monitor? There's nothing wrong with the monitor. It's called IPS Glow. A common phenomenon with IPS screen. But nowadays high end IPS screen dun high this issue anymore, but it still exist with low end IPS. It's a matter of luck, even within the same models from the same company, some batch will have serious glow while some have faint glow. Which is why i dun recommend low end IPS panels. I dun think the warranties from any manufacturer covers this, because this is not considered defective.
