Any one else bought this LOgitech M600 touch mouse and received the mouse or out for delivery status?

I also bought one at RM59.90 but today the seller (Aone plus -penang) smsed me to inform that they are out of stock and request me to cancel deal from 11street.

Just wanna check anyone have same situation and how to resolve it.

Local warranty - rm58 - just transfer ed movies from my mobile phone (3.6gb) to this USB otg about 3 minutes - very fast.

Their cs skills abit not on par yet. Need improvement tho.

u know what, i received a call from 11street saying that the item i purchase already sold out or other reason & asked me to cancel my order.

I ask why should i cancel & why cannot fulfill my order & they won't tell me thus repeatedly ask me to cancel my order.

frustrated with them, i cancel my order & this is the last for me to buy thing from them.

Yes and u cant do nothing about it.

And they even dare to ban my dupe accounts so they dont need to refund to me.

I think the call u received was from seller not 11street. Otherwise, they don't have to insist that we cancel the order from our side.

11street can cancel the order from their side like lazada does and initiate a refund with sorry voucher (perhaps)??

The sms I received was from the seller (Aone) not 11street.

i'm not sure from who bcos quite noisy at my place & i only heard 11street.

After buying so much from them, no more Aone & 11street for me,

Inb4 i got 8 dupe account...hope will get my refund soon..

Btw, how's the quality? Definitely the cheapest 40" FHD around.

this is too much already for them to close your dupe account and ignore the refund. it's not that you got the stuff for free, even if you take advantage of the discount voucher...you still need to pay for the purchase.

don't let them take advantage of you in this situation...file up your case with Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia!
