1. Fix the damn coupon system, giveaway starts 11AM, but instantly finished after...11 seconds. give false hope

2. Fix the damn long refund....14 working day is totally waste of time and frustrating. Other websites can give refund much faster.

3. Cashback please (like shopback lazada, ensogo etc)

4. Raise the max discount of coupon. 50% off but max rm20 is laughable

problem is getting the voucher
most of the voucher nowadays now only for app exclusive
voucher can only be dl via handphone app
