wanna buy 6pcs of rm14 item, total rm80+ my discount only rm7
but for another item, which is priced at rm30, i got rm15 discount

any tips on the workaround on this?

note: these items are from same seller, need to combine shipping

1 bodo question, at 11street if coupon expires on 20th, meaning the last time to use is 11.59pm on the 19th, or still can use on the 20th all day long until 11.59pm?

guys, before this, i bought items on 11street using my facebook ID (was too lazy to register at that time)
since all my other online purchases on other online retailers use another email that is specifically for that purposes
now i have registered another ID using that email, and I no longer plan to use that facebook ID

will there be any problem, like my order got cancelled after i made my payment?

anybody got in trouble with duplicate IDs at 11street before?
i know, the obvious solution is to just use another address, phone number etc, i just wanna know whether i can use the same exact details with 2 different IDs

i encountered the worst kind, super selowww to ship and made worst with the lack of communication....on my FIRST purchase on 11street...demmmmm

i made the most juvenile mistake when buying online, ie didn't read the reviews/Q n A section b4 buying.
bought cat food 7 days ago on 11street. till today still order processing, not yet ship. fyi, it took them 3 frakking days just to change status to order processing, and that is after i shoot some gentle reminder via 11street customer service.

waited for a week, still my item is not shipped. today went to that page again to whack the seller. apparently there's many before me who had to suffer SUPER SLOW SHIPPING. yg dah tunggu sebulan barang tak sampai2 pun ada.
i'm not an unreasonable buyer, but if u got problem in shipping out ASAP, just let us know lah.
communication is everything. but this...didn't even have a courtesy to attend to queries posted by irate buyers let alone sending out emails beforehand that there'll be slight delays due to whatever reason.

around 9am, got reply, said already contacted seller
then this evening seller cancelled order and issue refund

but still feel like ranting and raving
no item, waste time waiting, money stranded for 14 days

refund from international shipping site, using international payment gateway to local banks , 2 days oredi got
refund from local shipping site using local payment gateway to local banks, will finish processing in 14 farking days

my 11street experience
i bought a few things thru facebook login (not yet register at that time), applied the vouchers
then i register with my gmail, download the coupons as usual

for the coupons that u have used previousy, example 50% apps only discount
u can no longer apply it with your new account
same recipient should be ok, but address and phone number cannot be the same
so, use lah office address, with diff phone number
or use family member's name, diff phone number, same address

i was actually half sweating, afraid 11street verify based on credit card info, otherwise kena lor...coz the facebook "me" and the gmail "me" both have exactly same credit card details, billing address, etc...

i'm ok if they wanna be more stringent n filter eligibility for voucher based on credit card details, check whether the same credit card has used that voucher or not
coz i have no plan to buy using that fb id anymore....that's just my temporary id
only people who have many dupes but with 1 or 2 credit card ajer yg rage

cleared the cache. still got security warning
online chat with their fb team, they gave the https link, same, oso got security warning...
