im quite noob where it come to car things. but I do know 1 or 2 things.

ok straight to the point,

my saga flx aged 3 years with mileage around 38k..
I do regular service every 3 month and only 1 thing that worried me is battery life.
afaik, need to change every 2 years right but my how can i know when it time to change it? can i just go to the shop ask them to check? scared will kena tipu.
or can i just go to any shop ask for battery maintenance?

Recently heard Kling kling kling sound from engine bay during sudden pick up or tap pedal for power.....tat sound kinda like metal vibrating sound during selected wrong gear in manual car where happen in older proton car....mine is cvt...anyone have idea on this?

Need help guys.. My Flx 1.3 CVT produce knocking noise like "ketek ketek ketek....." in the engine bay following engine vibration for quite sometime already, but its getting serious recently. Its obvious during low speed crawling and idle in N or P. The noise will dissappear once the car is up to speed or put in D or R while pressing the brake. From what i observed, the knocking sound somewhat coming from gearbox area and even obvious if i put my ears below the front bumper around the gearbox area. Car perform normally, nothing abnormal beside the constant knocking sound. Im worry that its the CVT problem. Please help me..

Hi, my saga is unable to start this morning. When I tried to start it, just a 'tek tek tek' comes out. Is it the battery?

if you always stuck in jam and only drive within city, consider upgrading the cooler to higher flow CVT cooler.

1. Does the car still have warranty?

2. Do you value the warranty (if still has one)

If the cooler itself is leaking, better o just change the whole cooler.

Izit the cooler is corroded or hit by stone/object while traveling?

When shifting from N to D once i tekan minyak the gear like jump, i need to wait around 2sec then only i feel smooth, is it normal? Other then that the gear all shift smoothly.. Just got my flx yesterday 2nd hand with 80k km done

gonna service 35k outside sc, since no more warranty ..
what to change ah?

its really frustrating talking to SA on this kinda issue, trying to tell me all kinda bulls**t thinking that its the first day i own the car..tell me auto is like that, balancing problem probably, your engine timing maybe nid tuning, at the end of the day they tell me tune aready, ask me to try out few days, the moment i got up the car its the same...went back to them, tell me if i can wait another hour or more bcz alot of cars   

those of you who have done warranty claim may "feel" what im talking haha

engine mounting changed once before, they only change one side...

after 1-2mths..problem still there.. hence...i duno what to do anymore... lol

maybe i shall go to COE or fork out money and change all 4? lol

Guys, my gearbox light is blinking everytime I drive now. Any ideas where can I go and repair this and check? Also, what's the budget that I have to prepare in case the gearbox is broken.

No more. Any advice where is the good place to change CVT fluid? I'm in PJ/Damansara area
