medina land owned by UEM is freehold.

MahSIng leases the land from UEM for 99 years. end of 99 years land will return to UEM with no possible of renewal or extension.

now buyers boh soong, kkcc, but if you read the sales materials by mahsing, it did state clearly its a LEASE, not even leasehold, but land is Freehold. Confused?

Am sure if want to read further, can google gua.

Therefore this inspirasi, where the entire MK land is FREEHOLD, how come only this plot is LEASEHOLD? or its just LEASE from UEM?

not FREEHOLD becomes LEASEHOLD (in reality it can be though).

ITS FREEHOLD LAND being leased to developer to build and the SPA is a LEASE, and not LEASEHOLD.

am not saying this Inspirasi is. BUT would be kind if someone can CONFIRM its indeed LEASEHOLD and not LEASE.

UEM done it once at Medina, and they might do it again in MK, assuming that the actual land owner is still UEM.

ITS A PRIVATE LEASE AGREEMENT. END OF 99 YRS LEASE, OWNERS GET NOTHING BACK. THIS IS THE REALITY.

Please buyers do check your docs property. It should say its LEASE and not LEASEHOLD. This is blardi misleading.

Under the lease agreement, since you dont own the land, whatever on top will be expired

Unlike leasehold, the state gov may or may not renewed depends what plan state has.

But tis lease is commercial in nature. You need uem will have social responsibility to extend lease???

I understand where ADB coming from. But its just 'hoping for the best' approach. Under current arrangement owner of umut get absolutely nothing back. Zero. Elek at end of 99 years.

Yes, medini buyers are thinking of suing mahsing , that's what I heard. They say misrepresentation by sales ppl or something.

Spa sure got leh...its a contract btw developer and buyer.

Accordingly mahsing done everything according to law maybe short of exppaining to buyers and buyers blindly signed x 3.

Its now confirmed jor this piece of land is leasehold.

Back to the issue, there will still be spa bcos developer still sell you the apartment. Just that the apartment will last u for 99 yrs.

Lease is different. The ownership of the property doesnt transfer to leasee. It belongs to leassor.
