I went to see ALIX showroom and location. ALIX got more facilities.
I also went to IMK showroom and location. IMK main entrance JK4 and walking distance to Arcoris, 163, 1 Mont Kiara, Plaza MK etc. |

how the hell they got approval to extend Jalan Kiara 4 all the way into the condo? Before I thought their entrance will be at Jalan Kiara 3.

I just went to see. they did elevated extension from jk4 to guardhouse. road size 30 feet width.
but they also have entrance at jk3. I see no way Allevia can do also do JK4 extension. Beyond this there is a drain. Let’s see if they can manage to do one. I was there too not too long ago, and noticed the huge monsoon drain. My only worry is when it rains extremely heavy...Anyway if you looked at the map below, they depicted JK4 all the way until TWY / behind MK28 ... maybe thats the long term plan. lets see how it goes over the next couple of years.  |
