Why need to jump to get increment? No jump increment better .

In your early years it's probably ok to jump around a bit but not too much. If you can't stay even long enough for 1 appraisal, some HR might consider you a failed hire. Changing jobs too often never looks good on one's resume: Eventually you might price yourself out of the market and you'll get trapped because:
a) you are too expensive for your pay grade
b) you have no results / achievements to demonstrate you have experience / maturity to move to the next senior level.

but sometimes it was quite tough to answer them when they asked "why did you leave so soon?" hahahaha.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I am currently searching for room around that area as well.  Prefer near mrt cuz company opposite mrt.  Bedok so big, some place need walk 30min only can reach mrt.  Lol
