Maple was the first, vp in 2006, that time Sentul Link and Saffron still under construction..Maple that time 450-550k, handover after one year still got 10% leftover units, same time and money stil can get desapark and hartamas landed, today desapark Hartamas prices already 3-5 fold, here max only 2 fold, what does it mean? "Own Sustainable Township" Sunway work for it the past 20years..they have brt, good access, many universities for good education, offices/hotels/shops for job opportunities less poor/hunger people and economy grow , waterpark/malls for entertainment, hospitals for good healthcare, innovation centers, waste/energy management for clean energy/water, greenscape etc..how about here for the past 20years icon_idea.gif whistling.gif

Do you think their facilities kids friendly? Got Jogging Track, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Water Park with Water Jet, Spa Pool, Jacuzzi Pool, Barbeque Area, Rooftop Skydeck? All these dfficult to maintain it? Maintenance and cost cutting is different story..

Big build up does it mean their layout practical and family oriented? Sauna difficult to maintain and sustain? Have you heard about infrared sauna? Today if you are 5 Stars Hotel can you tell your customer because of Spa/Sauna difficult to maintain and sustain so don't have it? Can...just remove 1 Stars from your hotel first..You can do what others can't do then you only jutisfy that level..do what others can do then you are ordinary..
