Call me a skeptic, but even the developer is selling their own units for BELOW launch prices years ago - if that is not a sign the maker of its own product doesn't value their own product, I don't know what is.

Only the blinded here will just keep denying and denying the facts right in front of them. I mean what else can they do, they're already vested in this hilariously overpriced project.

Lets face it, no matter how many facts are thrown in your face you will never accept it since you've put your cash into this project. Why not just be a man and accept that the project does not justify the price of this project but hey, just wait a bit longer and you will realize your investment eventually.

And no I don't need to go to KL, Subang has plenty of decent malls and hang out places so I don't even need to get out of my neighbourhood. But yeah you would need to escape the slum area you're in to get to KL, fully understand the situation.

6% isn't something great which is why that condo is the only one I keep an eye on since its in trouble. I admit its the worst performing property I have which is why I'm even in the owners whatsapp group. I wouldn't think about wasting my time in any whatsapp groups for the other units I have.

How much are you earning on your Sentul unit again? Oh right....0%. Bought overpriced, blew another amount of money renovating a white elephant, staying in a white elephant which is on its way down in value.

Good, so I wasn't just talking to myself in this thread then. I guess people with common sense here understand where I'm coming from. Unlike certain 'thickos' who are so insecure they feel the need to fight despite facts slapping them all over their face.

Lame insults like "shoestring budget" etc is just sad. Thicko is proud to own an overpriced property and makes fun of people who's worst performing property is already over 30% of purchase price despite the bad market today. Yeah, I love 'cheap' properties which don't rip me off. Sue me.

Exactly.... those people who are into Park Regent are looking for either own stay/capital appreciation in the long term/thinking for the next generation. Not comparable.

Fennel was built with the investor in mind, which is why the dual key units were supposed to be the USP of this condo but fell flat on its face....and were the last to sell out thanks to a huge last minute discount by the developer.

No one biting despite price being around pre launch/launch price? And some thickos still want to argue with me?
