As far as I know Sentul work is not for sale and itโ€™s being planned for co-working space (rental manage by YTL) . Not sure when is d5 launching.

700psf would be on the high side. Yup they are pushing hard to go for en bloc sale. Likely will come from their own subsidiaries.

Heard that all Developers units has been sold out. Occupancy rate is about 70% after VP in early 2018

Yup, attractive pricing weโ€™re given to some on of the undesirable units but overall the price is still above the launch price. Weak market call for strategic approach. Gud they are able to offload all the units within the said timeframe. Partly because of the iconic design+loc+price

Anticipate YTL Next launch is their service apartment beside KTM station within the D8 vicinity.

Time will tell if this will push thru amidst soft market. D5 continue to be delayed. Letโ€™s see what will happen next since most project launch in KV is being given second look.

For those unsold unit at blk C, YTL have appoint several agents to push out those unsold unit together with their own sales team. Itโ€™s been effective.

Boss you probably referring to Subsale which Fennel Have been pretty active too.
